Although I am confident this is a Whiting & Davis I can not find a stamp. All the details are consistent. The mesh is good condition, no holes. Though there is some discoloration. The sliders on the wristlet slide. Unfortunately the bar part of the latch has broken off. This leaves a steady gap of 1-2 mm.
