This beautiful art deco 1920s flapper purse is made of silver and gold metal mesh. It has a beaded fringe at the bottom and a chain for carrying. The metal is engraved, and it has a pretty gold pull. This purse has the original label inside that is marked GOLD SEAL MADE IN FRANCE. It's stamped on the inside of the metal frame PAT. OCT. 4. 1927. The purse measures 6" wide by 10.25" long, including the fringe. The chain is 15" long. It's in very good antique condition, except it is missing some of the beaded fringe at the bottom and the silk lining inside is torn. The metal frame is in excellent condition and the clasp works well.
