Antique micro-glass beaded purse, most likely dating from the late Victorian era to the 1920s Art Deco period (circa 1900–1920). Made in France Design: The bag features a detailed, central pictorial motif of a flower basket with red and purple blooms, tied with a blue bow, all framed inside an ivory oval medallion. Craftsmanship: Hand-knitted or loom-woven using thousands of colored micro-glass seed beads on silk thread. Hardware & Accents: It is mounted to an ornate, embossed metallic frame with a chain handle and finished with extensive matching beaded fringe along the bottom edge. Lining damaged.
