Clean inside and out with a few exceptions of tiny pen marks on the wristlet and some discoloration especially in one corner of the tote and two small stains inside. Last pictures will have close ups. It’s clean and free of any unpleasant odors. It’s an adorable well made Franklin Covey bag to hold your planner or miscellaneous items.
