VERY RARE Collectible Antique mid century Fassbender Caiman leather handbag 50s

From the style and construction it appears to be a mid-century piece (likely 1950s/early 1960s). Inside there is a “Fassbender – Made in England” label. The bag is made from glossy brown crocodile skin with a really lovely natural scale pattern.
