Vintage macramé string shopping bag featuring a warm natural brown colour and a polished wooden bar handle. The open woven design gives the bag an attractive 1970s bohemian appearance and allows it to expand when filled. Ideal as a reusable market bag, beach bag, decorative storage piece or vintage fashion accessory. Believed to date from around the 1970s, although the exact age and maker are not known. Great vintage condition overall with only light age related wear. The woven body appears well preserved and the wooden handle presents nicely.
