Light wear from age and use but overall in really good condition! Inside lining is clean. Size: when including the strap 16" x 9" wide x 1 1/4" deep. When not including strap its 6 1/4" tall. Tag sewn on inside says Chateau hand made in China. *I do not know the exterior material. It is a crochet woven cord, possibly cotton/polyester/nylon. It is not stiff like raffia.
