I believe 1970s vintage signed Wayne Hertenstein hand tooled leather Western style purse in good to very good condition. The worst wear to the strap is shown in photo, I think the other scuffs and scratches show in another photo. I've had a fair number of leather Western style purses and this has the heaviest leather of any I've had. 11 3/4" wide x 9" high x 3 3/4" from front to back on the bottom.
