Vintage/antique beaded belt Germany AS IS seed bead & silver? buckle 20s flapper

This belt is unwearable without repair (and overall fragile with age) but such a beautiful piece; probably circa the1920s. The clasp or hook of one side of the buckle is broken off and the beading/thread is weakened and frayed in spots.
