Vintage 1960s large United States Postal Service canvas mail sack. Heavy duty off-white canvas bag stenciled U.S. MAIL with a 2 in a circle on the front, and 2-63 date code on the reverse. Features a reinforced top edge with large metal grommets and original leather and metal buckle. The thick cotton canvas displays heavy wear and distressing throughout. As-found condition with soiling, creases, fade, ink transfer, and minor stains throughout from years in circulation. Please see pictures. Dimensions: 36" x 24"
