Velvet type material. This is from 1999/2000 and is in good, preowned condition. There are some light stains, fraying on the arm straps, and wear on the top of the zipper fabric. All shown in picture. This has some dust on it from storage in folds and threading. 9" x 7 1/4". 13 3/4" Strap. Really cool purse! M25
